ITernal Networks provides Flat-Rate IT Services for Las Vegas, Nevada and the surrounding area. Our main services include Managed IT Services, Hardware as a Service, Cloud Solutions, Backup and Disaster Recovery, as well as hourly IT Support.
ITernal Networks is founded on the idea that IT Support should not be painful. Our goal has always been to maximize productivity and technological satisfaction for our clients. We treat our clients’ IT infrastructures as if they were our own. Your network becomes our network when you become our client. Other IT support companies strive off of reactive support and profit when something is broken. We believe it should be the opposite. We strive to prevent problems and keep any reactive support from ever happening.
Our Team
Michael Kanet, Founder
Michael brings nearly a decade of IT industry experience to ITernal Networks. Prior to founding the company, he served as the Lead System Administrator/Project Manager of ProStar Solutions, Inc. and IT Manager/Estimator of CC Construction of Nevada, LLC. During his undergraduate years, he was a vital member of a network design team responsible for designing network solutions for large corporations. He also analyzed, designed and implemented a business intelligence solution using data mining and SQL Server 2005. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
ITernal Networks Support Staff
ITernal Networks support staff consists of a team of certified professionals in our Network Operations Center. These professionals have many areas of expertise including: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3), IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, NOC Tier-1, NOC Tier-2, Engineering and Development, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP, MCITP, MCTS), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Red Hat Certified Engineer, VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA), and many other areas of expertise.
